Traci Frazier is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator boasting a 28-year tenure in the financial services industry. Her career spans 20 years specializing in mortgages, following a management role overseeing six bank branches at a large national bank.

Dedicated to inclusive lending, Traci pursued advanced mortgage courses focused on affordable housing for underserved communities. She focuses on helping clients of all financial backgrounds achieve their dream of homeownership. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Traci volunteers for initiatives such as Toys for Kids and Charlie’s Dinosaur. She has also previously volunteered with Mission of Hope in Haiti. She has been on the Board of Directors for the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association for 14 years and is now a lifetime Director. 

“I love helping people,” says Traci. “Whether helping them find the best mortgage loan for their needs, or volunteering with local organizations, I find great joy in helping others.” 

When not working, Traci enjoys cooking, exploring new destinations, listening to live music, nurturing her garden, and spending time with friends and family.
