I love the communication with me and you guys on how the whole process on the loan, especially someone first home buying. You guys help me out through every step through out the loan and you guys trying to explain everything to me which I really appreciate. I also liked the great atmosphere from you and everyone, and without you guys I probably wouldn’t ever know what was a loan!

Communication was great and Eric was available even on Sunday evenings when we had questions. Eric was very professional but was very approachable with any questions we had as first time home buyers. We discovered some mistakes in the documents sent to us however Eric made sure to correct them immediately and handled it in a great caring way and made sure to win our trust.
