Kasi was phenomenal! My preferred method of communication was text and she was always so quick to respond! She was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so very kind. I cannot recommend her enough. It took us a full year to buy a great house in our price range- the market is insane. We are so happy! I told her our budget and she consistently stayed on it, even finding a way to get us a lower interest rate/lower payment around closing!! I can’t believe all the hard work she did for us- she absolutely kills it. I feel like someone with pretty high expectations and she absolutely met them and more. I hope Guardian realizes the incredible prize they’ve got by having Kasi work for them. I’m telling all my friends about Kasi 🙏 give her a massive promotion- she should work in mgmt. Kasi did a phenomenal job helping me navigate the lending process. I have worked with other lenders where you feel like just another number, and Kasi is the complete opposite of that.
