Mr. Grimes has been a pleasure and such an excellent Loan Originator. This is the third time I worked with him to handle my refinance since 2012 till now! Every time I called him and ask for help he goes out of his way making sure everything was done properly and provide with an excellent service to make sure I’m well satisfied. Not only he gave an excellent service, he also very compassionate and always connect with his clients. I started work with back in 2012. I was a widow with 2 young daughters 8 and 5 yrs old. My husband who was in an Army National Guard died on 2020 instantly from a heart attack at the age of 32 years old. I then decided to buy a house and moved to New Jersey so I can continue what my late husband and I planned for our children to give them better life and move them away from The Bronx NY. 2011, I went back to school full time for Ultrasound Technician, so i can have a better opportunity raising my children on my own. 2012 I started struggling and was going through a lot ESP financially, how I will survive this crisis financially being a single mom and students at the same time without a job but depending only my pension from my husband plus education benefits. Then someone told me to do a refinance and tried. For some reason, God lead me to Mr. Grimes! He was a life savior since I honestly didn’t know what to do and was praying so hard that I’ll get approved. He went out of his way and took good care of my credit score, VA benefits etc so I can get harfship. I can’t thank him enough for all the things have done. Then I did another refit back in 2016 since I just literary finished school and still having a hardship financially. I did it again this time on my third time refi with Mr. Grimes since I wanted to have a home improvement of my house since I’m planning to move out from NJ to Florida possibly in 3 to 5 years so I can Maximize the amount of my house. Now, I’m one of the top Lead Cardiac and Diagnostics Sonographer in my job and saving lives for 9 years!! Mr. Grimes knows my struggle and ups and down all through this year and he helps me all the way from the very very beginning. Every time I speak to Mr Grimes he will always ask about my girls till now. Mr. Grimes had an impact on my life to get through where I am today. I’m very very thankful and grateful with Mr. Grimes and his wife. He's such an amazing person to work with, and he's the best Loan Officer to work with. Mr. Grimes employer is so lucky to have him because he's a big asset to the company to provide all the great service he did with me and to all of his clients. I told him when I’m ready to sell my house or purchase my new home in Florida he will hear from me again. Thank you Mr. Grimes, and I thank you and your wife supporting me all the way!!!

Timely process n notification of steps. Also we did everything by doc u sign except for closing n that was e asy as notary came to our condo in Florida. Very good customer service over amd Bruce was great.
