You asked me to rate his communication...I would have given it an 11 if I could. He was always updating me on everything; either by email and later with a phone call. We had questions one night about a certain process and he answered our call and educated us. The only time I didn't actually speak to him on the phone was when he was with another client and he called me back within 20 minutes.
