Rhett Broussard Named Director of National Sales Development

Rhett BroussardGuardian Mortgage is thrilled to announce that Rhett Broussard has been promoted to Director of National Sales Development. In this new role he will be responsible for coaching Sales Leaders and Loan Originators to ensure they have the tools and training needed for success.  Rhett will work closely with Training to continue to enhance our MLO on-boarding and training platform to ensure new hires are effective and productive as quickly as possible.

Throughout his career, Rhett’s vision of what “could be” has prevailed.  His successes in mortgage are extensive and go beyond the milestones he set as a high producing Loan Originator.  Rhett has been in leadership roles where his focus was on creating efficiencies and growing teams.  He has a proven track record of working with MLOs and coaching them to greater levels of achievement.  Rhett developed a 52-week structured prospecting and relationship-building methodology by leveraging the experience, strategies, and tools of elite-level producers with the objective of transforming the type of business being written, while enabling producers to grow their business at a steady and consistent pace. Over 700 Loan Originators voluntarily completed his program and Rhett began to consider how the program could be scaled. His desire to help an even greater number of MLOs led him to leave the comforts of a strong organization and dedicate 100% of his time to the creation and development of an industry-specific CRM platform - XtremeMortgageWorX (XMW). XMW is a state-of-the-art application that has cutting edge tools to grow business in a significant way.
After launching XMW to the industry, Rhett chose Guardian Mortgage to return to a more hands-on role. Over the last several months, Rhett’s focus has been devoted to launching the CRM for Guardian and assist with business development.  “Although his contributions in getting us to this point with XMW have been critically important, we have yet to fully tap his noteworthy expertise,” commented Mischelle Weaver, President of Guardian Mortgage. “In this new role, Rhett will be instrumental in assisting us take Guardian to a new level, one with game-changing tools and resources to aid our sales force.  As the saying goes, “don’t work harder, work smarter.”  Rhett is here to help our sales teams do that through coaching, training and technology.  We are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team.”
