Exclusive Financing
Customers with an existing banking relationship are eligible for up to 100% financing1 on their primary residence along with purchase, rate and term refinancing options. You’re also allowed to put gift funds toward your down payment as long as you’ve put down at least 5% of your own money.
Eligible Properties
There’s a range of eligible properties for our Platinum Elite 100 program including, single-family primary residences, planned unit developments (PUDs), condos (warrantable to FNMA guidelines), non-warrantable condos with restrictions2, and up to 10 acres of land. It is always best to check if your specific property type has any conditions on restrictions within the loan programs.
Banking Relationship
There are several ways to qualify for Guardian Mortgage’s Platinum Elite 100 loan program, but they all require an existing or new relationship with Sunflower Bank or First National 1870.
