With more than 17 years of mortgage lending experience, I am happy to share my accumulated knowledge with my clients. Originally from Thousand Oaks, I have now resided in Coeur d'Alene for over 25 years.  I have been privileged to help many individuals throughout Kootenai County and in Spokane, WA achieve their dream of home ownership. I believe the most rewarding part of this job is educating prospective homebuyers about available financing options, helping them choose the right loan, and working hard to make sure everything gets done as expected. My team and I embrace a true mortgage planning mindset and always work to find the best possible solutions for our customers.

In addition to finding the ideal home financing solution for each customer, I am knowledgeable in new construction financing. Before entering the banking industry I worked in the construction field, obtaining a journeyman's electrician license. This experience has assisted me in providing customers with a better understanding of their home building process throughout the course of construction.
I have also created a niche in condo lending and have developed a powerful purchase strategy that can help home buyers get their offers accepted.

My goal is to be professional and to communicate well while helping my customers reach their home financing goals.   I consider it essential to close your new home on time, every time!

While going through our home loan Ryan and his team would send us updates every step of the way so we knew where we were in the process thru the whole process that helped a lot .
