Jay Affleck brings nearly 20 years of industry expertise to his role as Regional Sales Manager at Guardian Mortgage. He is passionate about helping clients make good financial decisions. Jay says, “I help identify what’s important to each borrower instead of just recommending whatever is ‘standard.’ Each client has unique goals and there are different loans that can help accomplish those dreams.”
Jay specializes in all purchases, refinances, and Construction Loans. He continues, “I take a personalized approach. Twenty years of experience with mortgages gives me insight and, ultimately, my clients are the ones who benefit.” When he’s not at work, Jay can be found spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their dog, Kirby.
