Jim King is a native to the Northwest and for over 20 years has called Camas, Washington, home. It’s been a while for us both on buying a home. Times have changed with all of the latest technology for us. Mr King made the this transition seamless. Uploading documents paystubs bank statements etc can be daunting to folks who didn’t grow up in the digital age. But what a relief that Gaurdian Mortgage and others users this technology to the borrowers advantage. We live in AZ and Mr King is in Washington state. How could that ever happen years ago. Conner’s patience and professionalism was outstanding and the time he took with us was over the top. I am sure he gets that from a very good upbringing, you can’t teach those qualities 😁. Jim King was knowledgeable and my experience with him was the best you could ever want in a mortgage consultant. He kept in touch consistently. When I contacted him he answered or advised he would get back to me within a few minutes. From the time I contacted Jim until closing it was exactly 3 weeks. We closed I week sooner than expected. I was given Jim's contact information from a previous client who said he was the best to work with. I was not disappointed.
