Laura Hanson has over 30 years of experience, which includes underwriting her own loans as a private mortgage banker. She also has a bachelor’s degree in finance from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Laura specializes in construction loans and has personal experience with building a custom home under the supervision of a licensed builder. She has worked with many self-employed borrowers and has the experience to handle more complicated tax returns with multiple corporations, as well as outside-the-box loans.
