Real estate plays a significant role in Mike Atkins’ life. Mike spent more than five years as a Realtor in Spokane, Washington before moving into mortgage lending. His time as a Realtor helped him hone his client service skills and build an expansive network, which he now leverages for his mortgage clients. 

A firm believer in leading by example, Mike enjoys sharing his real estate experiences with clients. He currently owns a three-unit investment property comprised of both short- and long-term rentals.  As a real estate investor himself, he values helping others build wealth through homeownership, whether that be a primary residence or investment property. 

“I believe that what you put out into The Universe will come back to you, so I’m always open to help any way I can,” says Mike. 

A certified beekeeper, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors. As a long-distance runner, he has run three separate 50-mile trail events and plans to run a 100-miler soon. He enjoys watching soccer, basketball, and football. World travel is also a passion of his which stemmed from having lived in Okinawa, Japan while in the Air Force. He has since been to 18 different countries and countless cities across the globe. As an Air Force Veteran and former Aerospace Engineering employee for The Boeing Company, Mike has great attention to detail.
