Paul specializes in construction loans, collaborating with architects, builders, and borrowers who are building their dream homes or vacation getaways. In addition to new construction projects, Paul assists clients undergoing significant home renovations by assessing whether a construction loan can facilitate their home's transformation and enhance its long-term value.
 
In his free time, Paul and his wife spend time skiing, hiking, and fishing in the Pacific Northwest and Central Oregon, along with their two English Labradors, Bob “Dylan” and Johnny “Cash”.

Paul worked on two loans for us in the past 6 months, one traditional home loan and recently a construction loan. In both scenarios we couldn't have asked for any better of an experience. We heavily shopped around, and in addition to being the most competitively priced, Paul was always available to discuss our situation AND he acted in our best interest. On our recent construction loan we had agreed on a interest rate and between then and when we were set to close Paul surprised us by getting an even lower interest rate. This speaks volumes to the kind of service we received, far exceeded our expectations and truly felt like Paul had our best interest at heart.

When my original builder went out of business I was struggling to find financing to complete the project. After being turned down by several banks I was referred to Paul by my new builder. Paul not only came up with a plan to secure the needed funds to complete the house but also subsequently obtain a mortgage on the property. Paul was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process.

Paul was so helpful and knowledgeable that the process for buying our new construction home was an absolute breeze. We had attempted to work with other lenders and we were disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service and the delays.
