Tim Baldwin has served as a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2009, showcasing deep expertise in the mortgage industry. His tenure as a Producing Sales Manager from 2020 to 2023 included securing a coveted spot in the President’s Club for his exceptional volume of closed loans. 

Committed to customer service, Tim prioritizes delivering excellence in every interaction. He believes in making a lasting first impression and approaches each client engagement with this principle in mind. 

“I enjoy educating and helping borrowers throughout the home mortgage process,” says Tim. “I help ease that burden and pressure by providing knowledge and effective communication from loan application through closing.” 

Drawing from his experience as a high school and collegiate athlete, Tim embraces teamwork and collaboration. He thrives on sharing his insights and experiences as a loan originator and sales manager with his team. 

A proud Idaho native, Tim values spending time outdoors engaging in activities including hunting, fishing, and camping with his friends and family.
