Sunflower Bank at 4831 Quail Crest Pl, Lawrence is located near the Bob Billings Pkway and Wakarusa Dr intersection, we are right across from the Roark Group CPA building. The branch lobby is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. The branch serves the Lawrence area and neighboring towns.
Hakan and his team were really great at everything, they stayed in communication and made the whole process super easy. They were honest and explained every step of the process in a way I could understand and was able to get me a really good rate. I'll definitely be referring everyone I can to them and using them in the future for anything I can.

Michelle was there 24/7 for all my questions ( I had a bunch so thank you Michelle!) She explained in depth everything I was being charged for at closing at least 5 times to me per my request! She made sure to keep me in the loop even when there weren’t any papers or emails for me to sign. It was always very clear to me what part of the process we were in and what I had to do to complete milestones because she would go above and beyond to make sure I was understanding and checking my emails. Michelle was always professional with me during the process and I overall had a great experience. Thank you!

The overall experience was a little bit bumpy. However, once Hakan stepped in, his professionalism, knowledge & urgency was second to none.
