Nick was absolutely AMAZING! He answered all my questions no matter how small or dumb they may have been. (I thought they were dumb, but always reassured me there was no such thing) He was very commutative, polite and professional! He let me know what was happening every step of the way and even reminded me when something needed to get done still. I love that it never felt like he was annoyed or frustrated with us even when we took a little longer to complete some steps. He was able to work in our time crunch and got us approved! We had some approval issues and he continued to help and troubleshoot to see how we could make it happen. I 10/10 recommend Nick. He was kind and patient and I loved that he was still funny throughout. It made it feel like more of a connection than just another interaction.
